Happy June! Summer is almost here, and I am excited about working on our yard more often, jumping in our Minnidip pool, and sitting out and watching the fireflies at night. This month's wallpaper is a tribute to the roses on the side of our house that get too much sun, whom I'm trying to resurrect (lol). I hope you enjoy this month's wallpaper :)

In Atlanta, the weather has turned full-on gorgeous. Daniel and I spent a few days in the mountains (pics below!) and I came back feeling so refreshed and aligned with my life priorities. In that sense, I wanted to create a joyful, exuberant illustration for this month - there is so much to anticipate! I love this time of year the most, and I hope you enjoy this month's wallpaper :)

My inspiration for this month's illustration was Pantone's Color of the Year: Very-Peri! I wanted to create an illustration that evoked the transition from winter to early Spring, and I hope you will enjoy it! ;) What do you think of Very-Peri? Are you a fan? It's growing on me!

December 2021 Illustrated Desktop Wallpaper
This month's illustration is a festive tribute to holiday florals and greenery, one of my favorite things to draw! Did you know that 90% of the work I illustrate at Paper Raven Co. is themed for winter holidays? I spend most of my year (even Spring and Summer!) drawing Santas, Menorahs, Snowflakes and Christmas Trees! So it's extra fun when we finally get to December and playing Christmas music is acceptable. But sometimes when you have a big project, you just have to get into the spirit in July ;)
